The Computer Design. This is what a board looks like just before it is hand shaped when it comes off the "Shaping Machine". All the fine tuning is yet to come. Many of the important factors are "milled" in from the machine.. The exact rocker, thickness flow, and deck curve. With shapers having to try numerous new blanks and molds it is great to know when the hand shaping begins the "machine" has us just where we want to be. Before we finish out your fine tuned design.

Chandler Oliphant Sent us in some new measurements for nose and tail when she ordered her mini funboard. Skeptical at first we put the new variations into our original Funboard design on the computer the outline was great. Now it serves as our new funboard outline. Of course now I will probably hear from her dad Chris and uncle Matt owners of Baja East Surf Shop wanting me to pay for her college tuition. Fat chance.
Baron Knowlton Has been the basis design for many of high performance boards our team guys are riding. Casy Goeple spotted an epoxy Baron model at the surf shop and wondered if he could get one just like it but sized for him. New numbers were put in the Baron design and Casey is riding his version now.
