This is one your clients, Bill Beckerleg. I purchased an Egg[yellow eggo] board,
6'5" built to my specs sometime in the spring and believe it or not did not have a chance to test it until yesterday due to no surf and/or work duties. I also tested another new board sitting in my garage,a Becker fish a/ka/a Caviar model. Surf was onshore, typical South Florida east wind at around 3' of choppy fun peaks. Anyway I first tried the fish while Tina, my daughter tried the egg. About 45 minutes later we traded boards, The fish was fairly fast and easy to paddle. The egg, however, was another dimension.. Wow, it felt like a shortboard on steroids.. It was fast down the line, turned super easy, little effort into it.... Perhaps it was because I only tried it with a single fin, which is what I learned with and grew up with in the 70s. In my rush to the beach I left the side bites,so that's all I had. Hands down my best board and I have tried around 15 boards in the last 3 to 4 years. Your shaper Pete did a great job and Debbie's service on the phone was great.
